Dr. Shan Huan graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 1987 with a master's degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and earned her doctoral degree in 2002. With nearly 40 years of experience at Peking University People's Hospital, she pioneered the field of Reproductive Medicine and established the second Reproductive Medicine Center in Beijing. Dr. Shan Huan has been a leader in human assisted reproductive technologies and reproductive surgery, offering comprehensive care for infertile patients. Since 2004, she has led the Family Planning and Reproductive Medicine Department at the People's Hospital, guiding the team to achieve numerous advancements, leading to the creation of a large-scale Reproductive Medicine Center. The center provides a wide range of services for infertility, including assisted reproductive technologies, minimally invasive surgical treatments, comprehensive care for recurrent miscarriages, and pregnancy support for high-risk patients. Shan Huan is also a referral center for complex cases in traditional family planning surgeries.
