Huijuan Wu

Dr. Huijuan Wu graduated from Peking University Medical School and later worked in the Ophthalmology Department at Peking University People's Hospital. From 2008 to 2009, she conducted postdoctoral clinical research at Harvard Medical School in the Glaucoma Division (Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary). As the primary inventor, she holds two national invention patents and two national utility model patents. Dr. Wu has published over thirty academic articles and has contributed to several books. She has written continuing education articles on congenital glaucoma diagnosis and treatment for the American Academy of Ophthalmology website and has participated in the writing of an English book on glaucoma surgery. Dr. Wu actively explores new surgical techniques for glaucoma, such as pioneering Trabectome surgery in China, and collaborates with retinal specialists to develop new strategies for treating neovascular glaucoma.
